Running has taught me SO many things but this is what running has taught me about being an entrepreneur and a coach…
Keeping things simple and doable is what yields the best results.
I used to think I had to really push myself to reach my running goals.
However, whenever I used to really push (not in a right on the edge good way but in a way that would overdo it with my body) I would end up hurt and REALLY not wanting to go back because I didn’t want to get hurt again.
I would end up in pain (which was NOT fun) and inconsistent which did not support my running goals.
But, when I kept things simple and doable that’s when I was able to continue showing up.
Since I wasn’t killing myself every time I was able to actually have fun doing it (which is one of the main reasons I ran in the first place) which actually had me wanting to go back each day.
The same is true with my coaching business and is true with yours too.
When you really push yourself you burn out, have zero fun, and are not able to stay consistent.
When you keep things simple and doable, consistency is easy, you have fun and you see the biggest improvements.
If building your coaching practice in this way resonates with you, then set up a free call with me.
I’d love to show you my step-by-step system for creating a fully booked coaching practice in a simple and doable way and without sacrificing any of your priorities.
